Pop into our café for a coffee, smoothie or healthy breakfast to energise you for the day ahead. We also serve an extensive variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps and burgers as well as some delicious healthy sweet treats.
We have gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, vegan and banting options.

In our grocery store you will find a wide variety of fresh produce, pantry staples and delicious deli items, sourced mainly from local small businesses.
You will also find our range of Wildsprout ready-made meals, soups, granola, cookies, rusks, biscotti and much more. These are handmade in our kitchen with no artificial additives or preservatives.
